Subcontractor agreement

1. Scope of work

The Subcontractor carries out drylining and related services as instructed by the Company. All work must meet Company specifications.

2. Performance standards

Work must be free of defects and comply with professional standards. All health and safety laws must be followed.

3. Corrective action

Defective work must be rectified at the Subcontractor's cost within 7 days. Failure may result in withheld payment or termination.

4. Payment terms

Payment upon completion and Company approval within 14 days. Payments may be withheld for poor quality or non-compliance.

5. Termination

The Company may terminate immediately if standards are not met.

6. Tools and materials

Subcontractor responsible for own tools. Materials supplied by the Company unless stated otherwise.

7. Dispute resolution

Direct negotiation first, then mediation. Governed by the laws of England and Wales.

8. General provisions

Independent contractor. Changes in writing. Subcontractor responsible for own negligence.
