1. Scope of Work

1.1 The Subcontractor agrees to carry out drylining and related services as outlined in specific project plans or as instructed by the Company.

1.2 All work must be performed according to the Company's specifications. Failure to follow instructions may lead to immediate termination.

2. Performance Standards

2.1 Work must meet professional standards, be free of defects, and comply with industry quality levels.

2.2 Tasks must be completed efficiently, on time, and to the expected standard.

2.3 All health and safety laws and site rules must be followed.

3. Corrective Action

3.1 Defective work must be rectified at the Subcontractor's own cost within 7 days.

3.2 Failure may result in withheld payment or termination.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment upon completion and Company approval. 4.2 Paid within 14 days. 4.3 Payments may be withheld for poor quality or non-compliance.

5. Termination

5.1 The Company may terminate immediately if standards are not met.

6. Tools & Materials

6.1 Subcontractor responsible for own tools. Materials supplied by the Company unless stated otherwise.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 Direct negotiation first, then mediation. 7.2 Governed by the laws of England and Wales.

8. General Provisions

8.1 Independent contractor. 8.2 Changes in writing. 8.3 Subcontractor responsible for own negligence.
